Automated RbMag complex

The RbMag automated complex is a modern technological solution for a PCR laboratory developed by Vector-Best JSC.

The station allows you to automate the most time-consuming stages of PCR research: barcode scanning, dosing of samples and reagents, pooling of samples, isolation of nucleic acids (NC) and introduction of eluate into the reaction mixture.

High performance and moderate consumption of plastic
All stages of NK isolation are carried out in deep-hole plates, which significantly reduces the consumption of tips and increases the productivity of the station to 96 samples in 60 minutes (time includes digging, NK isolation and eluate introduction into the GRS)
Maximum purification of NK preparations from cellular residues and inhibitors
NK is isolated by sorption into magnetic particles and their separation using a magnetic head
The ability to work both in the automation mode of the full cycle of analysis and individual stages
Due to the extensive software capabilities, the RbMag station can easily be reconfigured into an excavation station for the introduction of reagent solutions and samples
Working with different types of biomaterial
The station is adapted to work with reagent kits manufactured by Vector-Best JSC, designed to isolate NK from blood serum (plasma), whole blood, epithelial cell scrapings, oropharyngeal and nasopharyngeal smears, etc.
